First edition, first issue in VERY SCARCE first issue wrapper that has original price of 15s Net to front flap of wrapper with no mention of second impression and there are no reviews to the rear flap of the wrapper. Small neat ownership signature and date to front free endpaper. Pages browned otherwise contents very clean and sound. Head of spine sl. crumpled, tail of spine slightly faded. Wrapper lacks portion that includes the "TITU" of Titus Groan at head of spine and is slightly chipped at tail and corners. Spine and rear panel partially sunned with a small brown stain to rear panel. A generally good and clean copy of a very scarce item. 73168

She also compliments the Travel Association with which the recipient was connected with and states that she liked his hand-writing. Letter has tape along top edge and is browned.
