Groombridge and Sons. London. 1871. First edition. Original illustrated green cloth gilt. All edges gilt. Coloured frontis. with tissue guard and three other coloured plates. Numerous wood engravings throughout text. Boards slightly worn and rubbed, endpapers soiled and foxed, some attractive off-setting of plates, one central gathering of pages very slightly loose with a few pages standing out from others along outer edge. Apart from these faults a good copy.
