DICKSON, Carter. [John Dickson CARR] My Late Wives. FIRST EDITION IN AN ATTRACTIVE WRAPPER. 1947 William Heinemann. London. 1947. First edition. The DW is either a later variant or from a later edition, probably 1949, judging by latest title "The Skeleton in the Clock" to the rear wrapper flap. This wrapper is far more attractive than the original dull brown version, and also seems to be scarcer. Boards slightly mottled with slight shelf-wear along edges otherwise a clean and sound copy in price-clipped wrapper which is worn and creased along top and bottom edges and slightly soiled to rear panel. 81838 Price:
