Text includes index and price lists. Original green cloth printed in black. Apart from light stain to bottom corner of outer edge of pages, a small patch of fading to rear board near head of spine, tiny mark to spine and some slight wear to head and tail and lower joint of spine, an almost immaculate copy of a very scarce and desirable item.
