Second Edition. DW. WITH FASCINATING HAND-WRITTEN LETTER FROM KEYNES STILL IN HAND ADDRESSED ENVELOPE loosely inserted. The letter is on William Blake Trust headed paper with the address corrected by hand by Keynes. He has completely filled the two sides of the letter, even writing in the margins. The letter, dated 25 May, 1917, covers in much detail the way that Blake produced his coloured printing. Keynes admits much is guess work at this time. 263pp including index.
